While accurate at the time of writing it is important to stress that while the situation is rapidly developing the following statements may change, and as such we aim to update information accordingly. Sales and Shipping
Our online store remains open for business. Despatch times are a little slower than usual but we are doing our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Domestic courier services are currently operating as usual - International customers may experience some delays.
CoursesFollowing UK Government guidance, we will not be delivering any courses until further notice.
All existing bookings have been emailed, if for some reason you have a booking but have not received any communications please contact us at email@example.com.
The last thing that we want is for our clients, staff or suppliers to be detrimentally affected by the current situation, however there are some consequences that are entirely beyond our control. We will do our best to honour existing course dates although we are currently uncertain when we will be able to resume course delivery and this may have a knock on effect to some bookings.
We are still taking course bookings however the booking process has changed. We are unable to offer specific course dates at present. Upon payment of a course deposit your details will be added to a priority waiting list. Customers on this list will be given early access to new course dates as and when they are scheduled - this will be on a first come first served basis and will commence once our existing bookings have been reorganised.
